Becca has been racing cars in Florida since 2011. She brings significant experience with over 20 championships to her credit. She is a
former driver of the year and rookie of the year, as well as a 2015 race for diversity participant.
Stuart Weiss
Owner
Stuart grew up immersed in sports and NASCAR, sharing a strong bond with his father at race tracks and sporting events. That early passion and family connection continue to fuel his drive for success in sports, business and racing. A retired TPD officer, business owner and active youth football association president and coach, Stuart's leadership brings a proven track record and a commitment to values like hard work, loyalty, and integrity. With the full support of the Weiss family, he has built a high-performing, highly motivated team focused on winning—both on and off the track.

Tom Monopoli
Crew Chief
Tom has over 50 years experience designing, building and working on race cars. He has had the opportunity to work with many great drivers, winning races and championships is in his blood. His daughter, Becca, has been his focus for over a decade.
Michael Clayton
Director of Operations
Michael is former owner of a NASCAR Xfinity team. He has been working in the racing industry for many years and brings his immense talents to the operations side of CGM.
Logan
Chief Mechanic
Logan is an experienced mechanic with over 10 years of experience. He is an avid race fan,
starting his racing experience in drifting. Logan serves on the pit crew as well, fueling the race car.
