DRIVER: Becca Monopoli

Racing is in Becca’s DNA. Her mother is a winning Powder Puff driver, her dad started building race cars as a teenager and her uncle is a highly successful racer. She grew up at the race track watching cars win that her dad worked on. Becca started in Legends at the age of 21. She practiced every Thursday night and raced every Saturday against some of the most talented drivers in the area. It wasn’t easy competing against the boys, but she got better and better as the season went on. She won her first race in her first full season. The following year she got used to winning and won the season championship at Orlando Speed World. Becca made the step to Pro Trucks the following year. She found immediate success and won the championship at Orlando Speed World in 2013. In 2014 she ran the full season for the Joey Coulter Truck Series. This was a highly prestigious touring series that raced on several different tracks throughout Florida. She earned several wins and the championship. In 2016 she moved up to Super Late Model racing while also running the Pro Truck. She compiled several top five finishes in the Super including two wins and a championship in 2018 while continuing to win in the Pro Truck. After a few years she decided to focus solely on Pro Truck racing. She has since become the most decorated Pro Truck Driver in Florida. She has won at least one race at every track where she has competed in a variety of vehicles including Legends, Open Wheel Modifieds, Pro Trucks and Late Models. 

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

* Won on dirt the first time she ever raced on dirt. 
* Won both the Pro Truck and Late Model championship (2018)

* 20 Total Championships 
* 92 feature wins

* She is a two-time Charity Truck Race winner

* Participant in the Drive for Diversity participate

* Kulwicki Driver Development candidate

Owners: Stuart Weiss

Stuart's upbringing with a father who deeply loved sports and Nascar racing had a profound impact on his own passion for these activities. The time spent together at race tracks and sporting events created lasting memories and a strong family bond that continues to be the foundation of his strength. Success is a constant motivator for Stuart, driving him to win in business, on the sports field, and now, on the race track. This drive and dedication, fueled by his unwavering support system, are now focused on the CGM #85 ARCA Team. 

Stuart firmly believes in uniting individuals who share values of family, hard work, dedication, loyalty, and integrity, which has resulted in the formation of an exceptional team. As a leader, Stuart has shown that these principles pave the way for success, as evidenced by his track record of achievements in his previous ventures. The CGM team is poised for triumph with Stuart at the helm, ready to continue their winning streak.

The Weiss Family is actively involved and share a passion for sports either through their children, coaching or CGM.

Crew Chief: Tom Monopoli

Tom got into racing after a friend asked him to help install a motor on a 1957 Chevy Novice Class race car. He went to the track with him the following weekend and he was hooked. Tom later built his first Late Model with his friend and finished second the first time out after leading most of the race. Over the next 50 years he has designed and built several different types of race cars. Initially they were rendered on a drafting table and later in CAD software. He has had the opportunity to work with many great drivers, winning races and championships is in his blood. Tom drove for a short time when he raced with Becca in the legend cars. He has enjoyed wrenching on race cars far more. Tom has been preparing and setting up race cars for Becca's entire racing career. Winning is the Monopoli's middle name.

Director of Operations: Jason Smith

Jason's upbringing in a close-knit and highly competitive family, where his parents instilled in him the drive to achieve his dreams and overcome obstacles, has shaped his approach to both personal and professional endeavors. With experience in both non-profit and for-profit ventures, ranging from launching new organizations to scaling existing ones, Jason has a proven track record of success. His background as both a player and coach in the athletic arena has equipped him with valuable insights into teamwork, leadership, and achieving goals. Jason firmly believes in the power of collaboration when it comes to growing teams and organizations, and he is dedicated to fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual support to drive success.Given his success in the past, particularly with startup companies and growing existing organizations in both non-profit and for-profit endeavors, his experience and expertise are well-suited to the effort and vision required to grow City Garage Motorsports into a championship organization. His proven track record of strategic leadership, team building, and driving success aligns closely with the goals and aspirations of The Weiss family ownership team when applied to City Garage Motorsports. With a deep understanding of what it takes to achieve excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement, he is well-positioned to guide the organization toward achieving its championship aspirations. His passion for innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth will undoubtedly contribute to the success and growth of our organization.
