Stuart is an experienced executive and business owner with a track record of growing successful athletic organizations and businesses. He has been building and developing business relationships for over 20 years in Florida.

Former NASCAR Xfinity team owner Michael Clayton brings years of racing experience to City Garage Motorsports. Now a proud CGM partner and owner, he strengthens our operations and future on the track.

At just 17, Quinn Davis is one of the youngest drivers in ARCA history. Starting in quarter midgets at age five, she went on to win Rookie of the Year, a track championship, and a regional title in Baby Grands before advancing to Pro Late Models. In 2025, she made her ARCA debut.

A proven competitor with experience across multiple disciplines of motorsports, Logan has built her career on adaptability,resilience, and a relentless drive to improve. From road courses to superspeedways, she brings a racer’s mindset that blends discipline, preparation, and fearless execution.

Ryan is a seasoned crew chief and race-operations leader whose career is defined by grit, loyalty and hands-on experience. Over more than a decade in the NASCAR paddock, he has held roles ranging from car chief to lead strategist.  At CGM, that means shaping a culture and a pit box that reflect the team’s performance mindset — one where merit, preparation and unity drive the results.

With over a decade of mechanical experience and a passion for racing that began in drifting, Logan is a dedicated member of the CGM team. He serves as backup pit crew chief and fuels the car on race day.
