Quinn Davis
At just 17, Quinn Davis is one of the youngest drivers in ARCA history. Starting in quarter midgets at age five, she went on to win Rookie of the Year, a track championship, and a regional title in Baby Grands before advancing to Pro Late Models. In 2025, she made her ARCA debut.

Ryan is a seasoned crew chief and race-operations leader whose career is defined by grit, loyalty and hands-on experience. Over more than a decade in the NASCAR paddock, he has held roles ranging from car chief to lead strategist. At CGM, that means shaping a culture and a pit box that reflect the team’s performance mindset — one where merit, preparation and unity drive the results.

With over a decade of mechanical experience and a passion for racing that began in drifting, Logan is a dedicated member of the CGM team. He serves as backup pit crew chief and fuels the car on race day.
